Terms and Conditions — Short Spotlight by Arishu Film Festival
Eligibility:
Submissions are open to independent filmmakers of all backgrounds. Films must be original works between 1 and 30 minutes in length.
Submission Requirements:
All films must include English subtitles if the dialogue is in any other language. Films must be provided in a cinema screen ratio suitable for theatrical projection. Failure to meet these technical requirements may result in disqualification.
